You have 14 calendar days to request an exchange or return from the day you receive it. And a total of 20 calendar days from the day you receive it, to send it so that it reaches our warehouse.

In case of return of an online order in a physical store (except in the corners of El Corte Inglés), delivery will have to be carried out within 14 calendar days from when you receive the order at home.

If your order is an in-store pickup or at delivery point, the 14 calendar days, begin to count when we notify you that the order has arrived.

If the return is not requested within 14 days or if it does not arrive within 20 days from when you received your order, it will be rejected and you will have to pay the shipping costs so that we can send it to you again, or send it to your transport company, with prior notice and authorization from us.. 

To approve the return we will check that the product(s) are in perfect condition, in their original box, unused, without signs of use, without odors, unwashed and with their labels.

*Combo items that are purchased together, such as the swimsuit, must be returned together.

*In promotions in which we give away accessories, the money will be refunded as long as the accessories are included.
