At the moment, we only accept size and garment exchange requests directly on Spain, excluding the Canary Islands.

Size exchange: access our platform by clicking here and follow the steps. (If a garment has been purchased at a discount or promotion price and you want to make an exchange, the initial purchase price will be respected, and vice versa.)

Exchange for another garment: access our platform by clicking here and follow the steps. As soon as the returned garment arrives, we will check that it is correct and we will send you the new garment as quickly as possible so that you have it as soon as possible. Remember: If you exchange an item for another item of a lower value, the price difference will be paid through a gift card to be exchanged in our store.

* Please note that the exchange is not guaranteed until we validate the first garment in our warehouse.

The first exchange is free.

What can't I return? Can I return accessories or complements?

Any accessory or complement (jewelry, headbands, scarves, hats, etc.) that appears on the website, even if it is not in the accessories section, and/or any customized or made-to-measure garment cannot be exchanged or returned.
