How do I make a return?Updated 2 months ago

  1. Include a note inside the package with your order number so we can identify it. (The number begins with: #R).
  2. Put the items to be returned back into your box. THE-ARE or in any other box that ensures that the products are sent protected and wrap the box in a tightly closed bag or wrapper so that it is protected so that it does not open during transport.
  3. Follow the steps that we indicate in our returns portal.

Prices and options:
- Mainland Spain (excluding islands):

  • Request pickup at home or work - 7,95€
  • Deliver to a Post Office with a label THE-ARE - 4,75€
  • Send the items on your own - The charge is your responsibility.
  • Go to our physical stores (NOT in our El Corte Inglés points of sale) - Free

- Balearic Islands:

  • Deliver to a Post Office with a label THE-ARE - 5,50€
  • Send the items on your own - The charge is your responsibility.

- European Union:

  • Send the items on your own: The charge is your responsibility.
  • Deliver to a collection point: Access our platform by clicking here and follow the steps.
    • Zone 1: Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland and the Netherlands -from 16,5€
    • Zone 2: Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic and Romania - from 19,0€

- Canary Islands:

  • Send the items on your own: The charge is your responsibility.

To make a return on your own, you have to send the package from the national post office or from any other transport agency, and send the package by certified mail.

The return must arrive at our facilities with all customs fees, duties and any other associated costs paid. Otherwise, we will not be able to receive it. Please send the return package to our facilities at the following address.

What can't I return? Can I return accessories or complements?

Any accessory or complement (jewelry, headbands, scarves, hats, etc.) that appears on the website, even if it is not in the accessories section, and/or any customized or made-to-measure garment cannot be exchanged or returned.
